Our staff of professionals includes three Certified Public Accountants, and our partners have over 70 years of combined experience to handle the tax needs of individuals and businesses. Kay Armann.

Kay graduated from West Liberty State College in 1998 and is a Partner and Co-Founder of the Firm. Kay is extensively involved in financial reporting, individual and corporate taxation, consultation of business design, and the implementation of software and systems. Kay is a member of the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Estate Planning Council of the Upper Ohio Valley, the National Society of Tax Professionals, and the Wheeling Area Chamber of Commerce.

Lisa Armann-Blue CPA.

Lisa graduated from Wheeling Jesuit College and received her Certified Public Accounting designation in 2002. Lisa is a Partner and Co-Founder of the Firm. Lisa specializes in the areas of auditing, financial reporting, individual and corporate taxation, and business consulting. Lisa is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, the National Society of Tax Professionals, the Northern Panhandle Chapter of the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Wheeling Area Chamber of Commerce.

Kevin Smith, CPA.

Kevin graduated from West Liberty State College in 1980 and received his Certified Public Accountant designation in 1984. Kevin is a Partner of the Firm. Kevin specializes in the areas of financial reporting, individual and corporate taxation, and estate and retirement planning. Kevin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Northern Panhandle Chapter of the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Wheeling Area Chamber of Commerce. Kevin earned the designations of Chartered Financial Consultant from the American College and Certified College Planning Specialist from the National Institute of Certified College Planners.

Millie began with the Firm in 2004 and serves as an administrative assistant and data entry operator.
